These are just some of the services included for our couples!
Greet All Guests and Direct Parking
No need to worry about parking! Our staff will lovingly greet every guest upon entry, show them to their parking space, and direct them to the main entrance.
Balloons!
We will provide 2 ten foot poles wrapped in white balloons, one on either side of the venue entrance. Your guests will have no doubt where the celebration is!
Venue Maintenance
Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked at all times. Trash is regularly removed, and floors are kept free of debris. You don’t need to be worried about those types of things on wedding day!
Incidentals
We have solutions to problems that you don’t even know you’re gonna have yet! Bring what you need, but our venue staff is stocked and ready just in case. Our list of incidentals grows constantly…string, sewing kits, velcro, zip ties, pins, tacks, tools, batteries, glues, tapes, bottle openers, easels, nails, extension cords, etc.
Tables and Chairs
No need to rent tables or chairs here at Country Palms! Your venue attendant will greet you upon arrival, and be there to provide all the tables and chairs you need for setup! All different shapes and sizes!
Ceremony Site Setup
Yes, we will setup the ceremony site for you! All benches set out in perfect rows, sound system and microphones ready, waterfall and fountain clean and pretty. You decorate however you wish!
Sound System
Staff members are fully trained and knowledgeable about our professional sound equipment. They’re here to assist with our easy “plug in play” system. Whoever you are… a professional DJ or a family friend – we’ll get you connected to our system and ready to celebrate!
Security
Safety and security is important on your special day. A Forsyth County Deputy is provided for you on site. This service is truly important on your special day. You and your guests can feel safe and secure!
Clean Up!
We clean up!! You are our guests! We believe you or your guests should not be tasked with stacking tables and chairs, mopping, scrubbing, wiping, sweeping, etc. You just collect your things… We will handle all the cleaning.
